Experience the witnessing, support and wisdom of a group coaching session in this 90 minute online workshop exploring how joy and pleasure can support you to reclaim and sustain your health, or simply to thrive!

Including:

~ Meditation to open to more joy and pleasure, and inner work on parts that block joy and pleasure such as the achiever part or helper parts of us.

~ A Breathwork session to connect to pleasure and invite it to expand through your body.

~ Teaching on the medicine of pleasure and joy for the body, brain and nervous system, mutual support and Q and A

~ 1-1 mini coaching sessions in the group for 1 person in the group with borrowing benefits for all
